Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are made on demand. Our print-on-demand partner, Printful, typically fulfills orders within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
After fulfillment, delivery usually takes:

USA: 3–5 business days

Europe: 3–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days (may vary by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s flat or live shipping rates. For some items and destinations, express shipping options may be available.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide except to the following restricted destinations:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

Russia

Belarus

Gaza Strip region in Palestine

Ecuador

Cuba

Iran

Syria

North Korea
We also do not ship to military bases (APO/FPO addresses) or PO Boxes in some regions due to carrier restrictions.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
Because all products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color preferences.
We only accept claims for:

Defective, misprinted, or damaged items

Wrong item received
Claim Process
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Contact us at tintmint@atmo.hr within 15 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and photos of the defective/damaged item.

Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested. If a return is required, the return address will be a Printful facility, which we will provide in your return instructions.
