Each TintMint product is made to order, which helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste.
Once you place your order, Printful prepares and prints it within 2–5 business days.
After fulfillment, shipping usually takes:
• 5–10 business days within Europe
• 7–15 business days for international orders
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at tintmint@atmo.hr ()within 15 days of receiving it.
We’ll be happy to replace or refund the item after reviewing your claim - including photos of the issue.
Absolutely. All payments on TintMint are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s leading and most secure payment platforms.
Stripe uses SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1 certification — the highest standard in the industry.
Your full card details are never stored or shared with us; they’re handled directly and safely by Stripe.
